Moniepoint Microfinance Bank (MFB), Nigeria’s trusted platform for business and personal banking, has unveiled its new brand campaign, “Made for Your Progress,” reaffirming its mission to power the dreams and aspirations of millions of Nigerians.

To reinforce this message of ambition and achievement, Moniepoint has appointed Nigerian football star Victor Osimhen as its brand ambassador.

The campaign positions Moniepoint MFB as the financial partner of choice for Nigeria’s bold, ambitious and hardworking people across every walk of life. At its heart, it celebrates everyday Nigerians, the dreamers, hustlers and achievers, by spotlighting the small wins and big milestones that define progress.

“At Moniepoint, we believe the ambitions of Nigerians are the backbone of our economy, as reflected in the informal sector’s contribution to GDP,” said Babatunde Olofin, Managing Director of Moniepoint MFB. “‘Made for Your Progress’ is our promise to every Nigerian with a dream. We will provide the comfort, confidence and freedom they need to focus on building those dreams. We exist to recognize and power their journey.”

Olofin emphasized that progress looks different for everyone. “Our role is to support each unique journey. With this campaign, we are shining a light on the real people and small victories that shape Nigeria’s growth story. Our mission is to deliver financial happiness by being the most reliable and innovative partner for individuals and businesses nationwide.”

Victor Osimhen’s story of resilience and triumph mirrors the ethos of the campaign. From humble beginnings in Olusosun, Lagos to becoming one of Africa’s most celebrated football exports, his journey embodies ambition, determination and the Nigerian hustle.

“My journey has always been about believing in progress, no matter the challenges,” Osimhen said. “That is why I am proud to be associated with Moniepoint, a brand that truly supports people’s dreams and celebrates their wins, big or small. ‘Made for Your Progress’ is not just a slogan, it is a promise I am proud to champion.”

Osimhen, who recently joined Turkish giants Galatasaray in a record-breaking €75 million deal, brings both grassroots authenticity and global recognition to the partnership.

Moniepoint MFB has consistently worked to deepen financial inclusion. In August 2023, the bank launched its personal banking service, offering a seamless app for transfers, bill payments and airtime purchases, supported by a reliable debit card accepted across ATMs, POS terminals and online platforms. These services build on Moniepoint’s robust infrastructure already trusted by more than 10 million Nigerian businesses.

The “Made for Your Progress” campaign will run across traditional and digital media, featuring customer stories that highlight how Moniepoint’s innovative products fuel ambition, empower dreams and provide financial confidence, security and freedom.

With this campaign, Moniepoint MFB is redefining banking in Nigeria, not just as a transactional service but as a catalyst for progress.
