Africa’s richest industrialist Aliko Dangote, delivered a strong message on the power of customer loyalty and long-term value creation while addressing guests at a customer awards night hosted by Dangote Group in Abuja.

Speaking to partners, distributors and key stakeholders gathered for the event, Dangote emphasized that recognizing customers goes beyond relationship management. He described it as a strategic business decision that reinforces trust, strengthens brand value and shapes the company’s long-term direction.

The ceremony was designed to celebrate customers who have played a critical role in the group’s continued expansion across sectors including cement, sugar, salt, fertilizer and other essential products.
