Sola Yomi-Ajayi is a veteran financial executive with over three decades of experience in senior leadership positions. She previously served as Executive Director of United Bank for Africa, where she led international operations and acted as Country CEO for UBA America. Her career spans leadership on multiple international boards and participation in global advisory and governance groups. Her extensive experience in strategic risk management, regulatory engagement, and corporate governance is expected to strengthen Heirs Holdings’ operational oversight and international engagement.
Obinna Ufudo brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in banking, investment, and corporate transformation. He previously served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Heirs Holdings and held senior positions including President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria.
At Transcorp, he successfully led corporate turnaround initiatives and oversaw landmark acquisitions that expanded the company’s presence in the energy sector. Mr. Ufudo also has entrepreneurial and capital markets experience through his roles in Atiat Leasing Limited and LoanBook Limited, complementing his board-level expertise.
