His international experience includes serving on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Advisory Group for Sub-Saharan Africa, while also consulting for global development institutions including the Department for International Development (DFID), the World Bank, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Beyond public policy and consulting, Salami has maintained a long-standing academic career at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, where he currently serves as a member of the adjunct faculty. His research and teaching focus on macroeconomic modelling, manufacturing sector transformation, financial sector reforms, agricultural competitiveness and market systems development.

The Board also welcomed the appointment of Mrs. Uwa Osa-Oboh as an Independent Non-Executive Director, describing her as an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, organisational transformation and stakeholder management.

Osa-Oboh currently serves as Head of Corporate Development at Capital Alliance Nigeria, a member of the African Capital Alliance (ACA) Group, one of Africa’s leading private investment firms.

A legal practitioner by training, she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria before transitioning into corporate leadership and investment management.
