Daystar Business Academy (DBA) is set to bring together a distinguished group of business leaders and industry professionals for the second module of its School for Scale programme, designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners build enterprises capable of sustainable growth and long-term stability.
The three-day programme, themed “Growing & Stabilizing Your Business,” will take place from September 16 to 18, 2026, at Annex 2B, Stella Hall, Ikosi Road, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. Sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. daily and will focus on practical approaches to navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with building and expanding a business.
The School for Scale initiative is positioned as a learning platform for entrepreneurs and business leaders seeking to move beyond the early stages of enterprise development and build organisations with stronger structures, systems and growth strategies. The second module places particular emphasis on the realities of sustaining growth, managing business operations and creating stability as enterprises expand.

A major feature of the programme is its faculty, which brings together experienced executives and entrepreneurs from different sectors of the Nigerian economy. Their participation is expected to give attendees access to practical perspectives drawn from years of managing businesses, leading organisations and navigating changing market conditions.
Among the featured speakers is Group Executive Chairman of Rainoil Limited, Dr. Gabriel Ogbechie, who brings extensive experience in the energy and business sectors. Also on the faculty is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of UAC Foods Limited, Temitope Omodele, alongside Co-Founder of Bravewood Limited, Dr. Akinwande Ademosu.
Other speakers include Board and CFO, Infrastructure Investment Advisor and INSEAD EMBA, Abiodun Mamora, and Managing Director of Unilever Nigeria, Tobi Adeniyi, adding perspectives from corporate leadership, investment and consumer-focused businesses.
The second group of facilitators includes Founder and Lead Advisor at AppLinx, Victor O. Mamora; Co-Founder and CEO of Optimus AI Labs, Lanre Basamta; CEO of LiveImpact, Ezekiel Solesi; Principal Consultant at Seaforth Consulting Limited, Dr. Solomon Kpandei; President/CEO of EMPRE GROUP, Paul Nwolisa; and CEO of POINT Limited, Peter Eze.
The diverse composition of the faculty reflects the programme’s emphasis on exposing participants to different dimensions of business growth. From corporate management and investment to technology, consulting and entrepreneurship, the sessions are expected to examine the decisions and capabilities required to move businesses from survival and expansion into sustainable performance.
Participants are expected to gain practical insights into areas such as business strategy, operational effectiveness, leadership, innovation, scaling, financial sustainability and navigating the complexities that often accompany rapid growth.
The programme also recognises that growing a business is not simply about increasing revenue or expanding its customer base. As enterprises become larger, business owners often have to strengthen their internal systems, develop stronger leadership structures, manage people effectively and make strategic decisions that can protect the organisation from instability.
Through its School for Scale initiative, the Daystar Business Academy seeks to provide entrepreneurs with access to knowledge and experienced practitioners who can help them better understand these challenges and develop strategies for addressing them.
The physical programme will be preceded by a virtual foundation programme scheduled for September 10 to 12, 2026. The online sessions are expected to provide participants with foundational knowledge ahead of the three-day physical programme.
The initiative is powered by the Daystar Business Community and forms part of the Daystar Business Academy’s broader effort to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and support the development of sustainable businesses.
